Director
Complete Finance is an Accredited Member of Connective Credit Services and Tony Gray is an Accredited Credit Representative.
Tony Gray is a Full Member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), the governing industry body for Mortgage Brokers. The MFAA membership is renewable every year, with members required to complete ongoing training to meet the standards.
Tony holds a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, Certificate 3 in Financial Services: Finance and Mortgage Broking and a Certificate 4 in Financial Services: Finance and Mortgage Broking. He is a member of AFCA 52055 and a Commissioner for Declarations. Ongoing training is required to keep up to date and Tony regularly completes financial, mortgage broker and lender’s training. He is a member of various networking groups including Business Today and Better Business Group Sunshine Coast.
Adrian Mula
Director
Adrian Mula has qualifications in Mortgage Broking Management, Risk Management, Business Finance, Consulting and Client Management; Adrian has over ten years’ experience working in the finance sector, and is a proud member of the FBAA.
With beginnings in the banking environment and having worked in small business consulting and home mortgage lending, Adrian found his passion in SME finance and helping local families invest in property and build financial success.
Over the years, Adrian has contributed to the local Sunshine Coast Community. Adrian organised and lead the successful ‘All in For Finn Charity Climb and Trek’ in 2014, ‘The 2016 Peace Nepal Adventure Trek Climb’ and supports local sporting teams and charities.
Bryan Meri
Mortgage Broker
With a career spanning 25 years both here in Australia and internationally within the Financial Services Industry Bryan has invaluable industry knowledge and experience.
Bryan’s practical experience has seen him personally transact on numerous residential properties, both in Australia and abroad. This has provided him the capability to better understand and assist customers with their own residential property goals.
Bryan is extremely passionate about small business on the Sunshine Coast and comes from a family of small business owners and operators. Bryan has spent much of his career working with Local Business People and helping them grow their business through better asset acquisition and cashflow management.
Outside of the office Bryan is a passionate All Blacks Fan.
Jody Russell
Lending Specialist
With over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry Jody started her career within the major banks.
Jody has extensive client management experience and is a valuable asset to us and our clients. Jody’s primary role is ensure your lending experience runs smoothly and effortlessly as possible.
Jody’s role is to assist you in gathering your documentation right at the start of your application, to tracking your loan from submission right through to settlement. You can touch base with Jody and she will always keep you in the loop.
Outside of work Jody enjoys spending time with her family, Snow Boarding, Paddle boarding & Bushwalking.
Tiffany Pringle
Asset Finance Broker
Establishing her finance career in 2019 Tiffany has been an invaluable member of the team assisting many clients with their finance needs. From buying their first car or getting a personal loan to take that holiday they are desperately needing.
Tiffany is skilled in both consumer asset finance including boats, caravans, cars and bikes and cars and a wide range of commercial assets.
Tiffany has completed her Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking and continues to develop her skills in all areas of finance brokering. Tiffany strives to ensure all our clients have the best experience possible and loves making their dreams become a reality.
Outside of work Tiffany enjoys spending time with her beautiful family and relaxing to country music.
